FOUNDER
Elena Chow
Since 2013. Elena has led the team in partnering the early-stage technology startup ecosystem to build teams for growth. In doing so, she has met, coached and build a robust community of entrepreneurial-minded individuals. She is well known for her generosity in mentoring startup founders, teaching at accelerators/incubators and doing career transition coaching. Prior to ConnectOne, she had spent 15 years in Procter & Gamble and is a proud mum of 4 kids aged 15 to 25.

Fiona Hee
An experienced Technology Marketing & PR professional with over 15 years in Tech & Media MNCs, helping high-growth tech companies look for talent comes naturally to Fiona. Understanding the needs of fledging companies with huge potential and helping them scale is something she finds highly rewarding. Apart from meeting interesting and talented people everyday, Fiona is a yoga enthusiast.

With more than 25 years of marketing communications experience in MNCs and local companies spanning Asia-Pacific and the Middle East, Michelle took a leap of faith to make a career pivot and joined the team. She is excited to leverage her keen understanding of organisational dynamics to help clients attract and retain talent. In her spare time, she enjoys learning new things, like Singapore Sign Language, Dutch, and Peranakan cuisine.

Ada has over 20 years of global experience in project management, business strategy and operations in industries from e-commerce to IT, logistics and procurement. While she has worked with both SMEs and MNCs, her passion lies with supporting and mentoring start-ups.

Anna is a CPA with a diverse Finance background in Tax , Product, Project and Management accounting in the banking industry. She took a break to raise her 3 kids (aged 20 to 24) prior to joining Connect One. Anna believes in continuous learning and embraces a healthy and active lifestyle to keep herself updated, healthy and positive in mind, body and spirit.

Susan is a business and results driven Talent, OD & HR practitioner/consultant with over 15 years of global experience. She holds a PhD from the University of Stavanger, Norway, with research focus in Knowledge Management. She counts companies such as Statoil, AIG, Visa, Accenture and now, Go-Jek in her portfolio and has operated both in corporate and entrepreneurial environments.

Bryan is the founder of Unaverage, a venture and people builder that helps companies, startups and individuals compete in new categories and make new money. He was previously the co-founder of Stacck, a SaaS startup, which counts Eduardo Saverin as one of its investors, and which he sold recently. Bryan is an evangelist of Lean Startup and has organised Singapore Lean Startup Circle and many similar workshops.
