Job Summary
As a B2B Enterprise Sales Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth and expansion. You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing deals with enterprise clients, primarily in the ASEAN and Middle East regions. Your focus will be on large-scale, complex sales cycles, often involving multiple stakeholders.
Locations: Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines
Key Responsibilities
Identify and Develop Opportunities: Proactively source and develop new business opportunities within target markets, focusing on the financial services industry.
Manage Sales Pipeline: Effectively manage the sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads and opportunities.
Complex Sales Cycles: Navigate and close complex sales cycles, often involving multiple decision-makers.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels within client organizations.
Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Accurately forecast sales performance and provide regular reports on pipeline activity and deal progress.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to achieve sales goals.
Key Requirements
Proven track record in enterprise software sales, particularly within the financial services industry in Thailand, Indonesia and/or Malaysia
Deep understanding of solution selling and complex sales cycles.
Strong ability to identify and articulate business pain points and propose tailored solutions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Experience managing and closing large deals.
A strong understanding of the ASEAN and/or Middle East markets, especially Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand and other emerging Southeast Asian markets.
A network of contacts within the financial services industry is a significant advantage..
