Job Responsibilities
1. Strategic planning: study the market and competitive situation, formulate marketing strategies that fit the company's objectives, define the target market and positioning, and adjust and optimize when appropriate.
2. Branding: plan brand development, shape brand image, carry out online and offline promotional activities, manage brand assets, and optimize the strategy based on feedback.
3. E-commerce operation: develop e-commerce platform operation and marketing plan, improve store traffic, conversion and sales, analyze data, optimize user experience, maintain platform cooperation.
4. Promotion Planning: Integrate channels to carry out marketing activities, plan advertisement placement, control budget, and collaborate with sales to support business growth.
5. Team Management: set up and manage the marketing team, improve the team's ability, and promote internal and external collaboration.
Requirements
Working experience: 8-10 years of marketing or e-commerce experience in the Indonesia market, with 5 years of management experience, apparel and lingerie brand experience is good.
Familiar with e-commerce marketing, data driven, with brand strategy background
Strong sense of responsibility, team spirit, keen insight into the market, good at learning.
