Commercial Director (SG) - Luxury Spa [24P04]

Our client is a well-established facial spa business in Singapore with strong loyal customer base.  They are in search of an entrepreneurial General Manager to lead the growth strategy for the establishment, focusing on acquiring new customers, nurturing the existing customer base, and strengthening the organisation's capabilities. 

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of inspiring and influencing teams to drive business growth. He or she should be skilled at identifying opportunities and developing strategic plans to enhance the business’s value and proposition. 

Experience in the beauty, wellness, or luxury lifestyle sectors, along with skills in business development, marketing, and team leadership, are highly desirable.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Development:

·      Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth and profitability

·      Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to expand the spa’s reach and influence. 

Marketing and Sales:

· Develop marketing plans, including digital marketing and promotional events, to increase brand visibility and attract new customers. 

  • Lead customer acquisition & retention initiatives through targeted campaigns and CRM. 

  • Oversee and optimize marketing efforts, including digital, content, social media, and PR. 

  • Drive foot traffic and customer engagement through promotions and activations. 

  • Oversee execution, track performance and provide data-driven insights to leadership. 

  • Monitor Market Trends, study competitor activities and consumer behavior to ensure relevance and competitiveness. 

Customer Experience and Retention:

·      Elevate the overall customer experience by ensuring high-quality attention and care. 

·      Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys to make continuous improvements. 

Team Leadership and Development:

·      Lead, motivate, and develop the soft skills of the staff. 

·      Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration. 

 

REQUIREMENTS

·      Proven experience in leading, influencing and executing action plans. 

·      Excellent communicator with strong conceptual enrolment skills.

Qualifications: 

  • Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management or a related field preferred. 

  • 5+ years of experience in a management role within the beauty, wellness, luxury lifestyle or hospitality industry, with a focus on business development and marketing. 

  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving profitability in a customer-focused environment.
