Corporate Finance Manager - Indonesian Marketplace Platform
A leading Indonesian group with ambitious expansion plans is seeking a mid-level Corporate Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for supporting the CFO in fundraising activities and managing investor relations as we prepare for significant growth and potential IPO.
Key Responsibilities:
Fundraising Support: Assist the CFO in planning and executing capital raising activities, including debt and equity financing. Monitor capital market trends and provide insights on financing opportunities.
Investor Relations: Support the development and implementation of investor relations strategies. Assist in communicating the company’s financial performance and strategic initiatives to investors and stakeholders.
Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed financial modeling, analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support decision-making and investor communications.
Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial standards. Collaborate with legal, accounting, and regulatory teams for timely and accurate filings.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with credit analysts, investors, and other key stakeholders.
Pre-IPO Preparation: Assist in the financial planning and readiness activities related to the IPO, including investor communications and compliance.*Skills and Experience:*- Proven experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or related fields.
Strong understanding of capital markets, financial modeling, and valuation techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with investors and stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is preferred.
Experience in IPO preparation and execution or raising funds through PE is highly desirable.
Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
