General Manager - Maintenance Strategy (Jakarta, Indonesia)
Our client is an international mining conglomerate and they are looking for a General Manager- Maintenance Strategy to join their team. Based in Jakarta, this position will oversee the maintenance strategy of their large mobile assets across multiple mining sites in Indonesia and Australia
Role and responsibilities
Responsible for the maintenance strategy for heavy equipment mobile assets to achieve Physical Availability (PA)
Overall responsible for the end to end management of the life cycle of mobile assets, including the development of long term and medium term planning for reliability and availability.
Responsible for preventive and predictive maintenance of entire mobile fleet across multiple sites
Experience
At least 15 years experience with international mining companies with proven experience in maintenance management
Bachelors degree preferably in engineering, MBA would be an advantage
Proven experience in managing large fleets of heavy equipment/ assets
Experience in digital transformation of mining maintenance operations.
Worked with in house and external vendors and consultants to develop and install predictive and preventive maintenance technical solutions. Understanding and leveraging data off these solutions.
