Our client is a well-established facial spa business in Singapore with strong loyal customer base. They are in search of an entrepreneurial General Manager to lead the growth strategy for the establishment, focusing on acquiring new customers, nurturing the existing customer base, and strengthening the organisation's capabilities.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of inspiring and influencing teams to drive business growth. He or she should be skilled at identifying opportunities and developing strategic plans to enhance the business’s value and proposition.
Experience in the beauty, wellness, or luxury lifestyle sectors, along with skills in business development, marketing, and team leadership, are highly desirable.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development:
· Develop and implement business strategies to drive organic sales growth.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to expand the spa’s reach and influence.
Marketing and Sales:
· Develop marketing plans, including digital marketing and promotional events, to increase brand visibility and attract new customers.
· Develop targeted campaigns to increase foot traffic and sales during off-peak periods.
Customer Experience and Retention:
· Elevate the overall customer experience by ensuring high-quality attention and care.
· Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys to make continuous improvements.
Financial Management:
· Oversee pricing strategies and financial performance.
· Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality.
Team Leadership and Development:
· Lead, motivate, and develop the soft skills of the staff.
· Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration.
Operations Management:
· Ensure smooth operations of the spa.
