The Role:
The Growth Marketing Lead will play a pivotal role in supporting our client’s growth initiatives, working at the intersection of tech, product and marketing. It is a newly created role and the individual is expected to chart out the strategy and resources needed to optimize its contribution in the overall company’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the product team to design and implement data-driven growth strategies.

  • Optimize free traffic acquisition through targeted SEO initiatives and related tactics.

  • Analyze user data and customer journeys to identify and act on growth opportunities.

  • Test and execute experiments to validate growth hypotheses and scale successful initiatives.

  • Ensure all efforts deliver strong ROI and align with business goals.

  • Track, monitor, and report on performance metrics to inform ongoing strategies.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Demonstrated experience in growth or a similar role, ideally within startups or online platforms.

  • Technical skills and knowledge to collaborate effectively with product teams.

  • Deep understanding of SEO and strategies for free traffic optimization.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.

  • Self-motivated and results-driven, capable of working independently.

  • Background in the travel or e-commerce industries is advantageous.
