The Client
Our client is a dynamic and fast-growing renewable energy company focused on delivering rooftop solar systems. They offer a first-of-its-kind solar-as-a-service solution to customers as part of their mission is to provide cost-effective and sustainable energy solutions to residential and commercial customers across Southeast Asia.
They are seeking a dynamic Head of B2C Sales, to lead their sales team in Singapore. You will be responsible for overseeing the sales pipeline, managing and coaching the sales team, and driving performance to exceed sales targets. No prior experience in solar panels is required.
This position is open to candidates based in Singapore or Malaysia, with a preference for the latter who can relocate to Singapore.
Responsibilities
Managing the overall sales pipeline and KPIs.
Building, leading, motivating, and coaching a high performance sales team.
Spearheading growth initiatives, such as referral programs and outbound sales strategies
Conducting customer advisory calls and site surveys.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with broader goals.
Requirements
Minimum 4-6 years of managerial experience in sales or business development position in a high-growth company.
Proven leadership experience.
Strong track record of achieving P&L and sales targets.
Highly motivated and results-driven.
Customer-centric mindset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to multitask and be flexible with work hours when needed to meet goals.
Willingness to learn and adapt.
