As the Head of Marketing for their cross-border recruitment business vertical, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth and success. You will lead a team of talented marketing professionals to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that will increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales. Your expertise in B2B marketing, combined with your strong leadership skills, will be essential in achieving these goals.
This regional role is based in Singapore. Key markets include Southeast Asia, Taiwan, Hong Kong, China and Australia.
Responsibilities
Lead the Marketing team for their cross border recruitment business.
Position the company as a thought leader in the talent and recruitment space.
Drive impactful full-funnel, multi-channel B2B marketing strategies.
Build brand and service awareness, engage the target audience, generate leads, nurture prospects, and support sales conversions throughout the customer journey.
Manage and develop a high-performing marketing team.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or communications.
Minimum of 8-10 years of work experience and 4 years of people leadership experience.
Proven experience in B2B marketing and startup environments.
Strong understanding of the Southeast Asia talent market.
Data-driven and analytical with the ability to evaluate opportunities through market research and data.
Results-oriented, independent, motivated self-starter and learner.
Effective problem-solver with business acumen; able to think outside the box.
Highly adaptable, keen and effective communicator and listener.
Strong collaborator with the ability to lead and boost cross-functional collaboration.
Strong execution skills with the ability to oversee initiatives and be hands-on.
Ability and interest in building and nurturing high-performing teams.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Proficient in Ms Powerpoint/Google Slides and Ms Excel/Google Sheets
