Our client, a startup in renewable energy cold store hardware solutions is seeking a marketing leader who will focus on enhancing the company’s global exposure and influence through international social media platforms. This role will be responsible for working closely with the investment and financing team to manage media sentiment and raise awareness leading up to the IPO, as well as to maintain market reputation post-listing. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in financial media and be able to independently plan and manage content, and increase the company’s exposure in well-known financial media outlets both domestically and internationally.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and promote the company’s daily content on international social media platforms to increase awareness and engagement in the global market.

2. Assist in the development and execution of new media operation and promotion plans, working with the investment and financing team to ensure exposure and market recognition leading up to the IPO.

3. Monitor global financial and market trends to create targeted content that elevates the company’s international relevance and market traffic.

4. Build and maintain a network of media resources, ensuring the distribution of company news and content to renowned financial publications and platforms.

5. Use sentiment analysis tools to track and analyze new media performance and maintain positive market sentiment post-IPO, protecting the company’s stock price and market image.

6. Enhance the company’s influence in international financial media by establishing key communication channels with international investors and the market.

7. Lead overall content management and planning, driving creative content production, including copywriting and visuals, ensuring alignment with the company’s brand strategy and tone.

8. Familiar with Key Performance Metrics:

- Conversion Rate and Click-Through Rate: Monitor and optimize key new media operation metrics to increase potential customer acquisition efficiency. Track conversion rates from new media traffic to actual customers and enhance user experience to improve conversions.

- Topic Planning: Develop industry-specific and trending topics, tracking view counts and the impact of important topics.

- Media Matrix Construction: Build a comprehensive media matrix covering different tiers of media, distinguishing between first-tier (top financial and international mainstream media) and second-tier (regional or vertical media) outlets, and assess their influence.

- Precision Content Distribution: Focus on targeted conversions in the new energy sector, ensuring that company content has a significant impact and conversion rate within the industry.

- Vertical and Emerging Market Influence: Expand the company’s exposure in vertical financial media and emerging markets, enhancing brand awareness and influence.

- Social Media Growth Rate: Continuously evaluate follower growth, engagement levels, and interaction rates to expand the user base and maintain brand exposure.

- Positive Sentiment Rate: Ensure that most public sentiment about the company and brand is positive, while responding quickly to any negative feedback.


Qualifications:

1. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or above 

2. Work Experience: A minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, brand communications or PR

3. Familiarity with international social media platforms and their mechanisms, strong experience in content planning and sentiment management, and expertise in utilizing market trends and sentiment analysis tools.

4. Resources and Network: A robust network of media resources, capable of quickly and effectively distributing content to well-known financial media outlets.

5. Communication and Team Collaboration: Excellent communication skills with the ability to work closely with the company’s investment and financing team, marketing department, and international media.

6. Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Chinese, with the ability to create and publish high-quality content for international markets.

7. Analytical Skills: Strong capability in analyzing market trends and audience psychology, leveraging industry developments to drive publicity.
