Their proprietary credit analytics engine analyzes vast amounts of data to identify promising investment opportunities in the $740 billion credit market. This platform helps investors make more informed decisions and supports economic growth in underserved regions.
They are seeking a hands-on Tech Lead to oversee the development and operations of their revenue-generating fintech platform. This role involves managing their big data credit analytics, investment platforms, and overall technology infrastructure. Excellent opportunities for career advancement and growth.

Responsibilities
Drive the development and maintenance of cloud-native platforms, overseeing the entire software development lifecycle.
Ensure platform excellence by focusing on technical architecture, code quality, performance, reliability, scalability, and security.
Oversee technology risk management and cyber security practices.
Lead and mentor a distributed engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Establish and maintain engineering best practices, standards, and methodologies to optimize team efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, requirements, and timelines, aligning with company objectives.
Participate in recruitment efforts to build and strengthen the engineering team.
Requirements
7+ years of hands-on experience architecting, building, and maintaining complex, scalable platforms.
Proven ability to build cloud-native platforms from scratch.
Strong statistical analysis and problem-solving skills.
Successful track record in managing complex technical projects to meet deadlines and budget.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Golang, ReactJS, MongoDB/PostgreSQL, Docker, Kubernetes, cloud-native data lake & big data architecture, Terraform, AWS/GCP.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
Bonus:
Experience in fintech or tech startups.
