They are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Head of Operations to join their team, based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Reporting to the CEO. The Regional Head of Operations will play a critical role in driving growth, operational excellence, and ensuring customer success across the region. This is a unique opportunity to influence the operational performance of a leading online recruitment business, contributing to its continued expansion and success in Southeast Asia.


Key Responsibilities:


Operational Excellence

- Lead and oversee day-to-day operations with the operations team across multiple markets in SEA, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.

- Develop and implement operational strategies, processes, and policies to drive organizational success and scalability.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational goals are met, and proactively identify areas for improvement.

- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and sales, to align operational activities with overall business objectives.


Customer Success

- Ensure exceptional customer success by continually improving the user experience for both job seekers and employers.

- Implement feedback mechanisms to capture customer insights and drive product and service improvements that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Foster a customer-centric culture within the organization, ensuring that customer needs are at the forefront of operational decision-making.

Risk Management and Compliance

- Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards across all markets.

- Develop and enforce policies and procedures to ensure operational integrity and security.

Team Leadership

- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous learning.

- Set clear performance goals, provide regular feedback, and support professional development opportunities for team members.

- Ensure effective communication and collaboration across the operations team and other departments.


Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a senior operations management role, ideally within a technology-driven environment or the recruitment/staffing industry.

- Strong track record of leading and scaling operations across multiple markets, preferably in the SEA region.

- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute operational strategies that drive growth and efficiency.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on team development and collaboration.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

- Deep understanding of the Southeast Asian market, with a focus on operational challenges and opportunities.
