SEA Head of Marketing (SG or MY) - TravelTech [25E02]
Our client is a growth-stage tech company in the travel space. The SEA Head of Marketing will lead a dynamic marketing team to drive the company's business expansion, brand positioning, and growth in Southeast Asia. This role will focus on developing innovative strategies for partnerships, traffic acquisition, and integrated campaigns to maximize revenue and brand equity.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Marketing Leadership
● Define brand positioning across channels, including digital, social, partnerships,
KOLs, and influencers, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
● Develop and implement integrated co-marketing campaigns and corporate promotions to
drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
● Design and execute strategies for growth through partnerships and product innovations.
2. Marketing Partnerships
● Assess and identify new partnership opportunities to drive traffic, product diversification, and
revenue growth.
● Lead strategic partnership negotiations with industry leaders, including banks, financial
institutions, e-commerce platforms, airlines, and hotels.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives to foster long-term commercial
collaborations.
3. Partnership Management
● Propose recommendations to enhance traffic and product
promotions.
● Monitor and evaluate partnership performance, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
4. Team Leadership
● Inspire and lead the marketing team across Southeast Asia to develop impactful campaigns
and strategies.
● Communicate partnership deals, marketing initiatives, and branding campaigns effectively
within internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration
● Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across various countries to align goals,
ensure smooth communication, and facilitate execution.
Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
● Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing partnerships, branding, or equivalent roles,
preferably within the e-commerce travel industry.
● Proven track record in developing strategic partnerships with banks, airlines, and other key
players in tourism or e-commerce.
● Deep understanding of OTA landscapes and the ability to create engaging branded content
across social channels.
● Strong leadership skills, with experience leading a high-performing marketing team in a
fast-paced environment.
● Exceptional negotiation, project management, and analytical skills.
● Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to engage stakeholders across diverse
cultural backgrounds.
